All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items:
We take great care in inspecting all items before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To process your claim, kindly provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defect/damage

  • A brief description of the issue

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same item (if available) or store credit/refund if the item is no longer in stock.

Conditions for Reporting a Defect:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on ,and in its original packaging.

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the above criteria.
